Being on holiday means BEING FREE. BEING FREE means deciding individually. Nevertheless, we are often asked by our guests whether there is a dress code for our restaurant. That’s why we’ve put together a little guide here.
Breakfast
From casual to sportswear. You choose here according to your daily schedule and your personal comfort. With the exception of a bathrobe, everything is welcome.
Lunch and coffee time
Here, too, you can choose your outfit according to your daily schedule, from casual to sporty. With the exception of a bathrobe, everything is welcome.
Dinner
For dinner, dress should be a little more chic and elegant. We ask gentlemen to wear long trousers and closed shoes. On hot summer days, knee-length elegant fabric trousers with a polo or shirt are also a good choice.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR TRAVEL GROUPS OF 6 ROOMS OR MORE
Up to 3 months before arrival there is no cancellation fee, up to 1 month before arrival 50 %, up to 1 week before arrival 80 % and in the last week before arrival and in case of early departure 90 % of the total booking price.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR TRAVEL GROUPS OF 20 ROOMS OR MORE
No cancellation fees apply up to 3 months before arrival. Cancellations made between 3 months and 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 80 %, a deviation of up to 10 % from the original room booking being possible without cancellation charges. From 14 days before arrival 100 %.

As we can only accept a limited number of dogs, please book in advance. We charge € 40 per day and dog (without food). We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and spa area. Owners are liable for any damage caused by their dogs.
If your credit card is in one of the currencies below, this currency will automatically be used for the deposit. Please inform us if you wish to be invoiced in euros. The Currency Choice Service is offered by Global Blue.

Short stays of up to 4 nights including “Weekend” are charged at the “Weekend price”. For short stays between Sunday and Wednesday, the daily rate applies. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept short stays of up to 2 nights at the weekend within 1 month of arrival. Please note our weekend packages from Thursday - Sunday. We cannot promise fixed room numbers for short stays.
The minimum number of participants is 3 people for our Highlight and Active Weeks and 6 people for our Retreats.
Our holiday packages can only be booked in advance. If no date is indicated, booking is possible all year round, except for Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter.
There are no cancellation fees up to 14 days before arrival. From 14 days before the start of the holiday, we charge the full booking for a stay of up to 3 nights. From 4 nights, we charge 3 days of the holiday. Cancellations are only valid in written form.
For all bookings over Christmas/New Year’s, free cancellation is possible up to 2 months before the start of the trip. Cancellations are only valid in written form. For cancellations after this period, we will charge for 3 nights of the booked arrangement.
In case of early departure, we charge the remaining booking up to a remaining stay of 3 nights. For a remaining stay of 4 nights or more, we charge for 3 nights from the date of notification of early departure.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before the start of the trip, reduced cancellation fees equivalent to 2 holiday days will be charged. In case of early departure, we will charge for 2 holiday days from the announcement of early departure.
For all bookings over Christmas/New Year (21.12. - 05.01.2025), a free cancellation is possible up to 2 months before the start of the trip. Cancellations are only valid in written form. For cancellations after this deadline, we will charge for 3 nights of the booked package. EARLY DEPARTURE In case of early departure, we will charge for the booked remaining package up to a remaining stay of 3 nights. For a remaining stay of 4 nights or more, we will charge for 3 nights from the announcement of early departure. We recommend taking out travel insurance.

There is a limited number of rooms for each of our discount packages. Surcharges to higher categories according to price list. Reserved discount packages cannot be changed. Unused benefits cannot be deducted.
For payment with foreign currencies, we charge the daily exchange rate valid at the time.
Cash, EC card or credit cards (Mastercard and Visa).
We recommend checking the card limit for foreign payments. Many credit cards have an automatic card limit of € 2,500. Bank transfers are only possible in advance.
If you need your hotel invoice in a certain form (e.g. invoice to the company address, separate invoices, ...) or if you are paying for the accommodation and / or food bill for several rooms, please inform us before your arrival.
Note for our Swiss guests: We ask you to use only the new current series of Swiss banknotes (“with the hand”) for payment. Banknotes from the old series can unfortunately no longer be accepted.
