Open yoga classes
Nine times a week, we offer free open yoga classes where you can practise asanas (yoga positions), pranayamas (breathing exercises) and meditation, gently guided by our experienced yoga teachers. At the end of each yoga class, we feel our inner balance during deep relaxation in Savasana, healing processes are encouraged and we feel tranquillity and freedom in the present moment. If desired, individual or couple sessions can also be booked to address specific individual needs.
